Industrial Nanofiber Production Line (INFL)

The FNM Industrial Nanofiber Production Line (INFL) is an industrial-scale machine that produces polymeric and ceramic nanofibers for various applications. INFL is equipped with 1 to 8 electrospinning units, tailored to the customer's specific requirements. Within this industrial production line, critical electrospinning parameters and conditions, including spinneret and collector settings, working distance, linear movement speed of the substrate, working temperature, and operation time, can be meticulously controlled through an integrated advanced control system. Notably, the machine prioritizes user safety by effectively managing high voltage power supplies and chemical solvents.
This production line facilitates the deposition of nanofibers onto various substrates at an industrial scale. INFL finds widespread use in the manufacturing of nano-filters and nano-respiratory facemasks. The nanofiber coating rate varies depending on the number of electrospinning units, ranging from approximately 50 to 800 square meters per hour.
